Release the Hate, Appreciate the Great Challenge

Release the Hate, Appreciate the Great

Let Go of What’s Holding You Back, Embrace What Lifts You Up.

Join a group of black mothers committed to breaking generational cycles, healing emotional wounds, and learning to thrive—together.

Does This Sound Like You?

You’ve been carrying so much for so long. The weight of motherhood, the pressures of life, and the unspoken burdens that no one else seems to understand.

Maybe you’ve been holding on to pain, resentment, or feelings of guilt—whether it’s from your childhood, relationships, or your own inner voice. You love your kids, your family, your work—but somewhere along the way, you forgot to love yourself. You’ve been giving from an empty cup, and it’s left you feeling drained, stuck, and sometimes… lost.

Sis, you’re not alone.

You deserve to release the anger and frustration that’s been weighing you down. You deserve to appreciate the strength, resilience, and beauty that you already carry within you. You deserve to break free from the patterns that have been holding you back—for yourself and for the generations to come.

This challenge is for black mamas who:

  • Feel like they’ve been carrying too much for too long.

  • Want to heal from childhood trauma or generational patterns.

  • Are tired of feeling stuck in negative cycles.

  • Long to be more present, joyful, and grateful in their everyday lives.

  • Want to break free from the cycle of anger, resentment, or guilt.

  • Are ready to embrace personal growth and community.

The Release the Hate, Appreciate the Great Challenge is a 4-week journey designed to help you release the emotional weight you’ve been carrying and embrace a life of gratitude and growth. Each week, we’ll focus on two key areas of your life—helping you forgive what’s been holding you back and celebrate the progress you’re making.

Through daily prompts, weekly live check-ins, and a supportive community of black moms who get it, this challenge is your opportunity to heal, grow, and become the best version of yourself.

Challenge Information

This challenge will wrap up just in time around Thanksgiving—so you can step into the holiday season feeling lighter, more at peace, and full of gratitude.

This challenge is completely online! You’ll receive daily prompts directly to your inbox and join our exclusive Geneva group where we’ll be connecting, supporting each other, and sharing our journeys. Every Friday, we’ll have live check-ins where we’ll dive deeper into that week’s focus areas.

You should join…

Because you deserve more than just surviving. You deserve to thrive. This challenge is about doing the inner work that we so often avoid because it’s hard, it’s uncomfortable—but it’s necessary. It’s time to let go of the hate, resentment, and negative self-talk and make room for gratitude, peace, and abundance in your life.

Why now? Because you’ve waited long enough. You’ve carried the weight of unhealed wounds, generational trauma, and stress for too long. This is your moment to break free, to let go, and to embrace a new way of living—one rooted in forgiveness and self-appreciation.

What To Expect

  • Here are the topics we will focus on each week:

    • Week 1: Emotional & Social Focus:
We’ll start by working through emotional and social relationships—learning to forgive ourselves and others, and thanking ourselves for the progress we’ve made.

    • Week 2: Nutritional & Physical Focus:
It’s time to forgive ourselves for not always caring for our bodies and celebrate the ways our bodies have supported us.

    • Week 3: Financial & Spiritual Focus:
Let go of guilt around past financial mistakes and step into a space of spiritual abundance.

    • Week 4: Mental & Environmental Focus:
Release negative thought patterns and start creating an environment—mentally and physically—that nourishes your growth.

  • Daily Prompts: Each day, you’ll receive a forgiveness or thanksgiving prompt to guide your reflection and healing.

  • Friday Live Check-ins: Every Friday, we’ll come together live to complete an action step and share our experiences, struggles, and breakthroughs for the week. These sessions are where we dive deeper, support each other, and create powerful connections.

  • Exclusive Community: You’ll also be part of our private group of black mamas going through the same journey—because healing isn’t meant to be done alone.
